we've been together for over 7 years and have lived in 6 places together. That's not just a lot of moving, but it's a lot of decor changes and searching for the right artwork that will "fit". for us, true art that we have a passion for is not only timeless, but it transcends trends, home decor and style changes - and we finally have a painting that embodies this... and us. adrianne used our unconventional wedding colors (black and red) and incorporated infinityevers.amen. into our painting - a personal saying we both felt strongly enough about to get tattooed on us years ago. we not only walk with these words every day, but they now help us turn our house into our home every time we walk in the door (whatever house that door might belong to.)

"The painting I had Adrianne create for me is the perfect accent to my room.  I had been looking for just the right piece to offset my chocolate colored walls to add just a splash of color and lot of brightness, and she gave me exactly what I was looking for.  I love having the personal touch of adding a line from a favorite song of mine into the painting as well.  It gives it a sense of marking a place in time as well as adding beauty to the room."

"A QUIET MIND"

"I'm a filmmaker and run a production business.  At any given time, I am thinking about minutiae related to a film I'm working on, or more likely, my next meal.  Haha.  Needless to say, my mind is always busily obsessed with something.
I thought it would be nice to have a painting in my work space.  Like many artists, Adrianne is somewhat of a soothsayer, in that she really sees, really observes.  In her art, she exposes those things we all strive for connection with in our lives -- beauty, reality, dreams, truth, love.  Adrianne placed 'A Quiet Mind' in the middle of her brush strokes of abstract, soft and dreamy colors of a swirling sea.  A perfect metaphor for me. And every time I see the painting, I take a deep breath and exhale.   Ahhhh...."

They flew in many directions

"I love my bedroom.  It's cozy and comfortable.  But, it had this pretty big wall of just... nothing.  That wall was what I looked at as I went to sleep at night and as I woke up in the morning. So, I gave Adrianne a short poem that means something to me, and she took it from there.  From color choice to word placement and so on.  The red and yellow are so vibrant, and those bold, primary colors were just what my room needed!  Now that I've lived with this painting for a while, I can tell you this.  A bedroom is a most personal space.  Instead of putting up a flat screen TV, put up a painting that feels personal.  Like all good works of art, Adrianne's painting is vibrant, organic and personal."
